Who we are
We are a fashion company from Hamburg founded in 2018 with a focus on e-commerce. For us, sustainable and high-quality products are the core of our work to inspire customers with timeless and sophisticated styles. After we were able to gain a lot of positive experiences with our temporary shop last year, we now want to expand in stationary retail. We’re very much looking forward to welcoming customers again soon with a new store design on 2 floors at Alter Wall 12.
Therefore we are looking for an open-minded and reliable Store Manager Assistant starting from September, who will support us in the development of the store and in advising customers.
Your qualifications
- Completed training or academic degree with a commercial focus
- Experience as a manager in textile retail
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Quick perception and structured way of working
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Solution oriented with a strong focus on customer needs
- Empathy and team player
Your responsibilities
- Support in the economic and organisational store management
- Monitoring sales activities in compliance with predefined KPIs
- Cash management
- Support and motivation of the team
- Stock management
- Development of POS campaigns and sales promotion strategies including visual merchandising
- Support in customer service – online & offline
- Support in personnel planning
