We dispatch our deliveries after the received payment via DHL within five working days. The DHL PREMIUM delivery costs for the particular country depend on the zone:
Zone 1: Germany
Zone 2 (EU): Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic
Zone 3: Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Liechtenstein
Zone 4: Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
Zone 5 (EU): Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Rumania, Cyprus
Zone 6: Israel, Russia, Turkey
Zone 7: USA
For all countries beyond Germany we offer the DHL PREMIUM delivery service. For orders from non-European countries, your delivery may be subject to local customs and taxes. The additional costs for the legal import, have to be paid by the customer without any authorities from us. In case of further information and possible inquiries, please contact your country-specific customs office.

Right of return:
For a full refund, please return your online order in its original condition to our Distribution Centre within 14 days of receiving it. The articles have to be in a perfect, unworn and undamaged condition including all tags and labels.
German domestic customers can receive a free return label via our customer service. Return sendings from abroad are fee required. You can use the following address for the return sending:
